Experience the most versatile facial and body laser treatment
Endolift laser is the most cutting-edge, non-surgical facial and body treatment in the cosmetic industry. This treatment achieves remarkable skin tightening, fat reduction and facial contouring. An ultra-thin fibreoptic wire is used to deliver laser energy directly into the deep layers of skin and fat.
The Science Behind Endolift
During the procedure, a super-thin fibre-optic laser wire (about 300 microns in diameter) is passed under the skin with no need for incisions, and moved from the cheekbones to the upper neck to deliver a controlled amount of energy to the targeted areas. The laser heats the skin tissue, stimulating collagen production to tighten and firm the skin, reduce sagging and create a lifted appearance. We adjust the depth of treatment to focus on skin tightening, selective fat melting in areas like the jowls, or a combination of both.
Benefits of Endolift Skin Tightening
Endolift delivers transformative results by combining skin tightening and selective fat reduction, offering a comprehensive solution for a more youthful and defined appearance.
Benefits
Endolift combines skin tightening with selective fat reduction to lift, contour and tone the face and body. By delivering laser energy into the deeper layers of the skin, it stimulates your own collagen production for visibly firmer, tighter skin – with no incisions and no scarring. It is minimally invasive with little downtime, so most patients return to normal activities within hours or days, and the natural results continue to improve over several months.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Endolift?
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser-based treatment manufactured by leading laser experts Eufoton® and utilises the LASEmaR® 1500 device. It is a certified and FDA-approved laser treatment, designed to stimulate the deep layers of the skin with the cosmetic aim of skin tightening, lifting and facial contouring.
How does it work?
The wavelength of LASEmaR® 1500 is specifically designed to selectively target the two main components in the human body: water and fat. Laser energy is administered via an ultra-thin fibreoptic wire passed under the skin just like a needle, with no incisions required. This tightens the skin and activates the production of new collagen for a firmer, softer appearance. Endolift can also target facial fat melting where necessary to create a slimmer, lighter lower face.
How many sessions do I need?
The majority of patients only require one session of Endolift treatment. The results usually last 2–3 years and can then be repeated, if desired, to renew the cosmetic effects.
What are the benefits?
The combination of skin tightening, texture improvement and selective fat reduction creates a remarkable lifted, contoured and toned effect to the mid and lower face. The collagen-stimulating effects of Endolift significantly improve skin texture and tightness.
What areas can be treated?
Most patients undergo ‘full face’ Endolift treatment, which includes the cheeks, jawline, jowls, under chin and upper neck. Those concerned only with fullness around the jawline and under the chin can opt for more focussed treatments in these regions. We also offer Endolift body treatments, specifically for abdominal, thigh and under-arm skin tightening.
What is the downtime?
Immediately after treatment the treated areas will appear red; this usually resolves the following day. Over the first 4–6 days there is a gradual development of swelling, which in nearly all patients is mild to moderate and peaks by day 5–6. By 10–14 days visible swelling disappears in nearly all patients with a full return to social activities. Many patients choose to work from home for the first 3–4 days.
When will my swelling improve?
Swelling is a normal post-procedure event and tends to be mild to moderate. It gradually increases over the first 4–6 days, then begins to improve in the second week. The majority of patients feel ready for social interactions by 9–12 days.
What are the risks?
All medical cosmetic treatments carry some risks, and we will discuss the specific risks related to Endolift at your consultation. Post-procedure swelling and numbness in the treated areas is normal, temporary and part of the healing process. A rare but well-documented complication involves inflammation of a nerve that stimulates the lip muscles, which may cause temporary weakness in the lower lip during smiling (a lip-smile asymmetry). This usually fully resolves within 6–12 weeks.
