The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the phone, in person or DM on Instagram. Magni Skin hopes that you will be delighted with your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for our goods. This is due to health, safety and hygiene reasons. In terms of the shapewear please ensure you check out our size guide before ordering. You can also email or direct message us on Instagram if you need help with your size.
PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES & CANCELLATION POLICY
A £30 deposit is required when booking appointments online and this payment will be deducted off the treatment total. Deposits and course bookings are non-refundable.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to make another £30 deposit for a new booking. If you wish to reschedule your appointment this must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment, if you fail to do so you will lose your deposit.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your course booking this must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any less than 48 hours you will be required to pay a £30 fine, or you will lose your session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will face the risk of one of the following:
- Your treatment will be cancelled, therefore losing your deposit.
- Treatment time will be deducted.
- If it’s a course booking, you will have the choice of paying a £30 fine or losing the session completely.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Magni Skin reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Deposits and course fees at Magni Academy & Magni Skin are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you require a new training date, 14 days notice must be given. If you fail to provide the advance notice you will lose your deposit and will be required to make a new payment.
